• SIZE. If you order the wrong size by mistake and you’ve already unpacked the mattress, we reserve the right to charge a $59 restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. Please verify your size before placing order.
• CANCELLATIONS. You can cancel by calling us at any point prior to accepting delivery. If the mattress has shipped, the shipping fees are non-refundable. If you used free shipping, you will be responsible for the cost.
