What Makes Your Return Policy Unique? has completely eliminated all of the risk associated with purchasing a new sofa mattress!   Most retailers make you pay for return shipping which can cost you hundreds of dollars.  But when you order from, we cover the costs of return shipping for standard size mattresses shipped within the lower 48 states! (Some restrictions apply.  See return policy below for details).

Can you explain your 121 Night Zero Risk return policy?

Sure!  If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your mattress after trying it for at least 2 weeks, you can call us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and we’ll start the return process for your sofa mattress.  Your trial period starts the day of your mattress delivery.  You can request an RMA from the 14th day to the 121st day.  Please take the full 14 days to test out your new mattress.  RMA’s cannot be issued until a full 14 day trial has been completed.

After an RMA has been issued, packaging materials and detailed instructions will be sent to you.  All instructions must be followed exactly in order for your return to be processed.  Please note, it’s the customer responsibility to repackage the mattress and arrange for carrier pickup.  Total return shipping dimensions can’t exceed 60 x 20 x 19.  The re-packaging materials we send to you in the event of a return makes this easy.  We strongly suggest that you get the help of a second person when repacking your mattress.

For orders within the lower 48 states: We’ll pay for the return shipping on all standard size sofa bed mattresses (custom sizes and clearance items are not eligible for our return policy).  Once your mattress is packaged and ready for pickup, you will be emailed a prepaid Fedex Ground shipping label.  Our label must be used in order to be eligible for free return shipping.

All other states, territories, and countries: 
You are responsible for return freight costs and packaging materials.  Custom orders or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Please note:  We donate returns to charity so your mattress must be free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns to be eligible for our return policy.  No exceptions! Once we receive the mattress back to our facility, you will be issued a full refund .

If you paid for expedited shipping, those costs are non-refundable.

Ordering the correct size, model, and mattress thickness is the customer’s responsibility.  Please make sure to measure your sofa bed mechanism before placing your order.  We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.  If you’re unsure of the size you need or if you need help placing your order, contact customer care at 888-676-3223.
