Will The Sofa Bed Mattress fit my sofa bed?
Sofa bed mattresses do not always follow standard bedroom-mattress dimensions, so we recommend measuring the mattress you are replacing rather than relying on the size name alone. Measure its width, length, and thickness from edge to edge, then choose the matching dimensions. If your frame needs an unusual size, we can make that too.
Will my sofa still close with the new mattress inside?
The Sofa Bed Mattress is designed with a sofa-bed-friendly profile that remains flexible enough to fold inside a sleeper-sofa mechanism. Ordering the correct dimensions and thickness is important, and pillows, blankets, and mattress toppers should always be removed before closing the sofa.
Do I need to flip or rotate it?
No flipping is required. The mattress is built with a designated sleep surface and support base. Rotating it from head to foot occasionally can help promote even wear, provided the mattress shape and sofa-bed mechanism allow it.
How is the mattress shipped?
Your mattress is compressed, rolled, and shipped in a box for easier delivery and setup. Once unpacked, place it flat on the open sofa-bed frame and allow it time to expand. Some expansion may happen quickly, while reaching its full shape can take longer.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Select the custom-size option and enter the exact width and length your frame requires. You can then choose Balanced Foam, Contouring Memory Foam, or Responsive Latex at the same price for that size.
What if I choose the wrong feel?
The 365-night comfort trial gives you time to experience the mattress at home.

We ship all Sofa Bed mattresses via FedEx ground and home delivery for fast and reliable delivery straight to your door. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase, so you can start enjoying a great night’s sleep on the road as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number to keep you updated every step of the way.

We want you to love your sofa bed mattress! That’s why we give you a full year to make sure it’s the perfect fit for you.
30-100 days after receiving your mattress
If, after trying your mattress for at least 30 days, you’re not completely satisfied, contact us, and we’ll guide you through donating your mattress to a registered non-profit charity of your choice. You’ll need to contact us before donating to receive a Donation Authorization (DA), which is required for processing your refund. Once we’ve received the donation receipt and verified the donation, we’ll issue your refund. And someone in need gets a mattress! Everyone wins! If you need help finding a charity, we’re happy to assist!After 100 days
If you’re seeking a refund after the 100-day mark, we’ll ask you to return the mattress directly to us in Colorado. Since you won’t be able to fit it back in the original box, we’ll send you a return kit so you can use a vacuum cleaner to shrink it back down to a smaller size. You must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address before shipping your mattress back. The mattress must be postmarked by day 365 and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a $59 restocking fee.
We reserve the right to deny a comfort trial if our policies are not followed or if it is being used as a way to secure a refund for issues that would not typically qualify for one.

Note: Each customer or household is eligible for one sleep trial or exchange. Sleep trials are available exclusively for first-time customers, regardless of whether a different mattress is purchased in subsequent orders.
*Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable. Customers in these regions will receive a full refund for the product, excluding the cost of shipping.
