You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization) or a refund will not be processed. A 100% refund will be issued as long as we receive a receipt showing the donation (by email, fax, or mail). You won’t even have to pay for the shipping costs!

Part 2:
After 30 days, we’ll still offer a money-back guarantee but we’ll require that you ship your sofa bed mattress back to us (we’re in Littleton, Colorado). The return must be postmarked by the 121st day. You must contact us for our return shipping address. You will also receive a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you will need before sending back the sofa bed mattress. Please note that the customer is responsible for repackaging the mattress and for return shipping costs.
